Registration for teams that participated last year will open January 1st to allow early birds to make sure to save their spot. Registration will open up to the public for the remaining spots on February 15th and will remain open until the 100 boat field is full.
The GR Walleye Shootout is a one-day Walleye tournament held each year on Pokegama Lake with a top prize of $18,000 and a Lund boat being the top raffle prize. There is a dinner and rules meeting Friday night, blast off at Tioga beach, and a can’t-miss weigh-in event at the IRA Civic Center to determine the champions.
