Established in 1989, the Grass Roots Organization for the Well-being of Seniors (GROWS) provides a platform for networking, education, and advocacy for senior service professionals. GROWS is the leading organization dedicated to the well-being of seniors in Montgomery County.
With a volunteer board of directors, various committees plan educational and networking opportunities, monitor legislation and impacting initiatives, and develop membership. GROWS promotes awareness and provides education regarding the unique needs of seniors, their families, and caregivers while at the same time providing the needed resources and support.
Our initiatives keep our members aware of trends, hot topics, and the latest data to improve the care and quality of the lives of seniors so that we may provide a higher level of service.
