Gresham Woods is a friendly, tight-knit community of 136 homes, established in 1993. We are located on Woodruff Road near the Five Forks area in Simpsonville, South Carolina, a suburb of Greenville. We have numerous family-oriented events planned throughout the year and our community pool is always a hit in the summertime!
