GreenGate Genomics is a spinout project that is currently being incubated at the GFZ German Research Centre for Geosciences in Potsdam (GER) as part of the Helmholtz Enterprise Initiative. GreenGate Genomics is led by a group of five researchers and entrepreneurs with extensive experience in the fields of environmental and molecular microbiology, microbial genomics, computational biology, and bioinformatics.
