On strategy
We challenge the current paradigm: that it is possible, with any certainty, to achieve a plan of action designed to achieve a long-term or overall aim (strategy).
So strategic thinking is the ability to hold the wider perspective, whilst making a tangible difference in each and every moment. For the leader this means making a difference to the people you come into contact with, be they team members, colleagues, bosses, clients, suppliers. This is achieved by better more meaningful conversations.
