Blending improvisational dance and documentary, FROM THERE TO HERE depicts a courageous group of women, survivors of sexual violence and marginalization, moving against gender inequalities in Kolkata, India and using dance movement therapy to empower themselves and some of the city’s most vulnerable populations.
FROM THERE TO HERE is our first participatory dance documentary film in a forthcoming series about movers changing the world.
