When the nuts are sprouted it means they are soaked and then dehydrated prior to blending. This process removes the phytic acid which helps promote mineral absorption. As well as making the nuts easier to digest.
Our nuts are all shipped from Spain. Each ingredient is organic and we use the best possible farmers available.
Products are lab tested in order to determine shelf life. As there are no preservatives some of our products may expire in less than two weeks from arrival. However, the nutbutters can last up to 6 months if unopened.
