Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Station Road our studio allows you to enjoy a deep feeling of peace as you conduct your practice led by one of our highly experienced teachers. Our classes are suitable for all levels. You can either bring your own mat or we can provide one. Complimentary herbal tea or filtered water available either before or after your session.
