The FBC is the largest intra-state local government benchmarking consortium within the United States (we're still looking for something like the FBC outside the US but haven't identified anything quite like the FBC around the world anywhere). There currently are 50+/- member local governments in the FBC. Each member local government participates across 20 local government performance management-focused service areas, potentially using a combined total of over 800 performance measures that have been dynami
