We are a professionally run Martial Arts academy with a team of fully qualified instructors who are all extremely experienced in their fields.
At First Dojo we offer a range of different classes and personal fitness programs for you to choose from. We realise you may not have done anything like this before and therefore we offer a free induction into any of our classes (offer does not include personal fitness programs).
