We are a group of parents who have been through the experience of the family courts. some of us have changed things around to get our children home. We are not affiliated with social services or CAFCASS. You can trust us to help you navigate the system.

Many children remain in the care system even where a child is pleading to go home. Services can and often do speak on behalf of the child and ignore the children’s wishes on the basis they believe the child is settled and they believe they as professionals know what is best for the child more than the child does themselves or even their parents.

To get legal aid funding you must be on the correct means-tested benefits and be able to show that you have at least a 50% chance of winning your case.
