The Jacket Youth Wrestling Club is open to boys and girls K through 8th grade, with a purpose of introducing your child to the wonderful sport of wrestling.
Jackets Youth Wrestling was established in 2012 out of a love for the sport and a desire to improve wrestling as a whole in our local Fairview community. Our mission is to use wrestling as a tool to build young men and women who are leaders on their team, in their families, and in our community. We do this by teaching Commitment, Perseverance, Courage, Responsibility, Respect, Integrity, Citizenship, and Cooperation . Wrestling also teaches youth that they can push past their known limits. Youth can then use this knowledge about themselves to succeed and stay committed in all other aspects of life- whether it be their studies, job, or families. We want all of our kids to to believe in themselves enough to compete with their teammates inside the wrestling circle, in addition to carrying that confidence into everything else they do in life.
