ESPRS is an association committed to enhancing the interaction and facilitating experience sharing between Plastic surgeons at various stages in their careers. It was established in 2019 GC and is endorsed by the Surgical Society of Ethiopia (SSE) based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
To promote collaborations for teaching and research amongst plastic surgeons across the country and facilitate international partnerships. To promote a safe work environment that fosters inclusion, respect and success. To develop, encourage and advance plastic surgeons as leaders. To provide a forum and networking opportunities to enhance surgical career satisfaction. To provide a platform for mentorship.
