The European Data Protection Board has published its Recommendations 01/2020 on measures that supplement transfer tools to ensure compliance with the EU level of protection of personal data as well as Recommendations 02/2020 on the European Essential Guarantees as an update of the previous Art. 29 Working Party WP 237 after the Schrems II judgment.
