You’ve likely came across this page because you’ve had an ESG fail, or you are worried about it failing. I have had two failed ESGs ( read more about that here ), and am now looking to convert to VSG. It’s been a harder process to get going than I realized. I plan to document my journey here, and share the resources I find along the way to help others in the same predicament as myself.
My mind has been processing so much that I haven’t kept up posts here, sorry! I’m going to update the latest info below, and share something new that I’m trying in order to change my relationship with food.
I’m down 23lbs and so close to being out of the “obese” category! I normally lose slow due to hormonal issues, so this is good progress for me.
