It was registered as a business firm in 2012, under the Registration of Business Name cap 499 law of Kenya on 14th June, 2012 it was incorporated as a private limited liability company in the republic of Kenya under the companies Act cap 486 of the laws of Kenya and having it’s registered offices in Mombasa city a coast town in the republic of Kenya.
