Who We Are EFF is a non-profit corporation that leases a 28-acre parcel of land from the Army Corps of Engineers. Our organization is dedicated to providing affordable access to field space for all levels of youth sports in the San Fernando Valley. EFF has 15 baseball and softball fields, as well as a velodrome and a 20,000 square-foot space for a softball/baseball training facility. For a video tour of our facility, click here.
