I have been a researcher at CNRS since 2014, within the Empenn research unit , IRISA / Inria Rennes Bretagne Atlantique (Britanny, France). Since Nov. 2020, I am also the scientific director of the Neurinfo imaging platform . I am the French principal investigator of the MMINCARAV associate team, an Inria funded collaboration between Empenn and the Signal Processing Laboratory 5 (LTS5) , EPFL, Lausanne, Switzerland. My research focuses on medical image acquisition and processing, with a particular interest
Prior to that, I obtained my PhD in Computer Science and Image Processing from Nice Sophia Antipolis University , France. This PhD was prepared in the Athena Project-Team , INRIA Sophia Antipolis - Méditerranée , under the supervision of Dr Rachid Deriche . I then joined the Section of Biomedical Image Analysis , University of Pennsylvania Medical School as a postdoctoral researcher, working on High Angular Resolution Diffusion Imaging under the supervision of Prof Ragini Verma .
