The Dogwoods Apartments are located in the beautiful, quaint town of Farmville, NC. They consist of twenty-two one-bedroom and two two-bedroom affordable apartments for seniors over 62 years of age.
These spacious apartments have an inside entrance for easy access to the laundry area and community room as well as a private outside entrance patio for easy access from the parking area.
Along with being spacious and well arranged, each apartment features a full kitchen with appliances. We also have an activity room with a full kitchen for socializing. All this with rent based on the applicant’s income. Some restrictions apply.
