The Docklands Victims Association (DVA), established 1996 in the aftermath of the atrocities in mainland GB and Ireland, initially a close network of victims and volunteers who wanted to support those so badly traumatised by the terrible events. From a total of 90 local members of the community we have grown to many thousands affected in many ways
