Diane has been a yoga student for fifteen years and a teacher for the last ten. Her down to earth teaching style conveys that she takes her yoga seriously, but not herself! Her classes offer a sense of space and quiet outside of the time pressures of daily life, where students are encouraged to re-connect with themselves, move gently, relax and breathe, fostering a deeper sense of balance in their lives.
