Systemic and Collective Impact through Fine Arts Education The Des Lee Fine Arts Education Collaborative is dedicated to enhancing the quality, influence, attitudes, and accessibility of fine arts by connecting educators, artists, and performers with St Louis students. Special attention is given to underserved populations. The Collaborative is currently made up of 25 St. Louis area arts agencies and 15 St. Louis area school districts.
Community programs include educational fine arts outreach programs and concerts, student concerts, clinics, and masterclasses. The Collaborative also provides support for music and other fine arts educators throughout all career stages, offering professional development, facilitated mentoring support, and online resources.
From masterclasses and workshops to concerts and other fine arts programs, Des Lee Fine Arts Collaborative events are designed to enrich and engage the diverse communities that make up St. Louis.
