With the help of a grant from the National Lottery, we run monthly support meetings in Reading and Wokingham. As always, our meetings are completely free of charge and everyone is welcome. We aim to provide a safe and confidential environment where everyone is listened to and treated with respect.
Every first Wednesday of the month: 7.00pm at the Salvation Army Hall, Sturges Road, Wokingham, RG40 2HD. Every second Monday of the month: 7.30pm at RISC, 35-39 London Street, Reading, RG1 4PS . We also meet informally (no booking needed) every Friday morning for coffee: 11.00am – 12.30pm at
For anyone unable to attend our in-person meetings, we will continue to host our online Zoom support group on the first Monday and third Wednesday of the month at 7.00pm. Everyone is welcome and no booking is required. We have also created a WhatsApp group and a Facebook Messenger group for you to keep in touch and share your concerns.
