Food. Preparing and enjoying food is the perfect way to bring together friends and family – good food takes time, which makes for brilliant, memorable “together-time”. My daughters and husband are my daily inspiration – we all love to eat, we’re all adventurous in and out of the kitchen and we can all certainly get excited over a great meal.
My husband is a terrific cook; both of my daughters are eager to be in the kitchen and I like to think of myself as a collector of great recipes (and every bite should be worth it!). This blog is dedicated to my mother, Deanna, who was always the greatest cook, most organized person and most gracious hostess that I’ve ever known. September 9th, 2009 was her 70th birthday (and the month that I began posting) – Deanna turned 80 in September 2019!
