Funny thing is that I always enjoyed the process of creation. From junk to somethings nice and usable. Nowadays I have my Bachelor in Computer Science, work as IT Security Specialist leaving little time for smiting. My forge work is done for fun and every knife is a unique creation.
Upgrading from the boy that was stickfighting whit his friends I desided to make a knife. I was probably ten years old when I made my first knife from some steel I bought from my pocket money. Boy it was ugly but I was proud. That was probably the moment I was drawn into the madness of spending hours and hours for something that will never return its value expressed in money but in satisfaction.
