Show Less Our History Our History Our History Seeing a need for adolescent girls, in 2011, Daphnee Kelly founded an After School Program called Girls Emerging on a Mission to Success through the NPO, Retouch International Ministries (R.I.M.). R.I.M's mission was to bring Hope, Healing and Empowerment to the
