It was our last day in New York, but we were able to fit some more activities into our trip. We started with lunch at Totto Ramen , which I have been wanting to go to for a long time. Although the wait wasn’t horribly long (about half an hour), it seemed long since we were so hungry.
It was worth the wait! I’ve never had a chicken broth so rich and complex. I had the Spicy Ramen (it’s not too spicy, IMHO), with added kikurage mushrooms and shoyu egg. Robert had the Paitan Ramen. It was arguably the best ramen we’ve ever had!
