Challeging Organisations and Society. reflective hybrids® (COS) is a non-profit network. Founders of COS Collective are: Maria Spindler (initiator), Andrea Schueller, Christian Stary, Tonnie van der Zouwen, Liselotte Zvacek.
COS is a home for reflective hybrids and a platform for co-creation of meaningful, innovative forms of working & living in and for organizations and society, between and beyond theory and practice. For creators, entrepreneurs, leaders, scientists, consultants,… who desire to impact Organizations and Society.
At the moment the journal is paused. From 2014 to 2020 we produced a series of journals in the form of booklets, with very profound articles regarding challenges in organisations and society. Its international and multidisciplinary approaches balance theory and practice.
