Forgive us. It’s been a minute since we’ve shared what we are making and drinking on Corks + Plates. The last few months have been very busy for a variety of reasons. And although we’ve been eating and drinking our way through the mild but grey Cleveland winter, nothing really popped out as “you must share this!” on the blog.
And just as we were getting excited about spring flavors hitting farmers markets and grocery stores, the nation was hit with COVID-19.
Suddenly going to the grocery store feels like a scene out of Handmaid’s Tale and basic ingredients are at a premium. What we would do for a bag of flour right now!
