Everyday we are asked to do more in less time and usually the unspoken expectation from those around us is that we cope and get on with it. The balances we keep are fragile and looking after our mental health more important than ever.
I am interested in helping people overcome the effect of mood problems, anxiety and trauma on their lives. Drugs and alcohol all too frequently become a way of coping and need specialist help. I also have a special interest in ADHD (in adults) because of its frequent overlap with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder and misuse of drugs/alcohol.
