Medicare-age members must participate on the Gold program and have Medicare Parts A & B (or a Medicare Advantage Plan) to receive full sharing eligibility. Otherwise, CHM shares up to 20 percent of the total eligible medical expenses and the outstanding balance becomes the member’s responsibility. Click here for more info.
Memberships with a start date of the 15th through the 31st will be billed for half of the total monthly gift amount. The full monthly gift amount will be billed each following month after.
