The 2018 Cheese of the Year and 33 category winners were announced at the Awards Ceremony and Tasting Gala in Toronto at historic St. Lawrence Market followed the first-ever Artisan Cheese Night Market for the public. Judging took place earlier at University of Guelph, Department of Food Science.
