Seasonality changes all the time. At Carstens you can expect weekly menu changes, as well as monthly and quarterly. Our menus should be a true reflection of the time and place, so there is always a reason to come back. Some products have also come across the border, for example many of our wines, yet each one has a connection with the Netherlands. Open Thursday - Sunday from 6pm
