Carson Guy is a staff attorney at the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals . Before that, he was in private practice and also served as a Briefing Attorney at the Court. Carson is admitted to practice law in the state of Texas and the Western District of Texas. He graduated from St. Mary’s School of Law in May 2011 and was awarded his Bachelor of Arts in 2007 from Texas State University .
While attending law school in San Antonio, Carson met his beautiful wife, who is now a prosecutor in the Lampasas County Attorney's Office . They married after law school, moved to the Austin area, and have been practicing there since.
