The Tarrant To & Through Partnership (T3) is a local partnership of school districts, colleges, universities, employers, and organizations focused on serving students and families in Tarrant County. Launched in 2020, the T3 Partnership provides a variety of programs starting in the 6th grade designed to inform and engage students and families about college and career pathways. When innovation and dedication work hand-in-hand, T3 believes systems change can affect entire communities.
