We are a Community Benefit Society (with charitable status) whose members aim to create, own, and manage a range of assets for our community. These assets will preserve the unique character of Broadhembury Parish and make it a resilient place for future generations to live and thrive.
Call for sites Broadhembury Neighbourhood Community Land Trust (BNCLT) is seeking to fulfil our Parish’s need for four new, affordable houses to rent. We have established the structure of our organisation, developed relationships with specialist advisers and professionals, and sought input from our community.
Now we are ready to move up a gear To do so we need land where we can build or a site where an existing building (or buildings) can be repurposed. We have already identified and reviewed a selection of sites but there may be others we have yet to consider.
