That is really our way of asking why you are here. Before you meet your Healing Team, they will have prayed over the form (without knowing whose it is or what it says) asking God to show why you are here and what He would have them say to you. They will share with you what God has revealed and talk about how it relates to the Prayer Need you wrote dow
