This project’s design will pay homage to the traditional brownstone architecture, a hallmark of the historic 1920s Greenwood District /Black Wall Street District in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
These highly efficient homes will be built to Energy Star standards utilizing Thermal Low-E windows, high-efficiency HVAC systems, LED lighting, spray foam insulation, low-flow faucets and toilets, Energy Star appliances, Energy Star fans and a brick masonry exterior. The brick masonry exterior helps insulate the homes and reduces the amount of exterior maintenance often associated with wood siding, such as faded paint, water damage and insect infestations, to sustain a quality look and feel of the developm
With stunning views of the downtown Tulsa skyline, various amenities will be offered based on client income and unit size. Durable solid surface materials such as granite, ceramic tile, hardwoods, and LVT flooring will be utilized throughout the development.
