COVID POLICIES
We offer Original Hot Yoga (26 & 2), Fusion, Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin, Inferno Hot Pilates, Kundalini, Nia and Sound and Gong Bath Meditation classes. Our classes are offered at a variety of temperatures from 72 ° to 105 ° . Originally founded in 2004 and under new ownership in 2021, our current mid-town location provide 2 studio rooms, lockers and restrooms with showers. Our Radiant Room features Infrared Heaters.
