Originally chosen as the name the range of handmade preserves we started producing for The Orchard, our Biggar Flavour brand expanded when we opened our namesake bakery in 2011. We established our reputation for quality produce winning multiple awards. We closed the bakery front shop in July 2019, but continue making our award winning produce to critical acclaim. The latest evolution of Biggar Flavour will see us moving on from the retail business in The Orchard, with our focus moving to ongoing production
