By submitting a purchase order or other ordering document to Bear pursuant to this Order Form, Customer hereby orders from Bear Robotics the Products set forth in this Order Form.
This Order Form and Customer\u2019s access to and use of the Products provided or otherwise made available by Bear to Customer pursuant to the Solution Subscription being purchased hereunder is subject to Bear\u2019s Customer Agreement (available at www.bearrobotics.ai/legal) and Privacy Policy (available at www.bearrobotics.ai/privacy), in each case, then in effect on the Effective Date of this Order Form (\u201CCustomer Agreement\u201D).
