We raise our grass-fed beef herd on a separate 40-acre organic farm established in the 1950s.
We do not feed porks with any antibiotics, hormones, or dewormers, or any other type of pharmaceuticals.
Our menu changes weekly according to what's fresh, local, and in-season. With our service, you get more control of what goes in your box, and you can make up to 5 substitutions in every delivery!
