If you have already registered your VanMoof S5 or A5 without using the correct settings (step 1), you can still do it retrospectively by removing your registered bike from your account. This can be done via my.vanmoof.com or via VM App. Click “Ownership — Remove Owner” under the bike’s settings âšī¸. After removing the bike, you will receive a QR code via email. Then you can apply the steps above.
