AWARE-Light is an Android software for conducting experience sampling studies on smartphones. AWARE-Light allows you deploy scheduled questionnaires on smartphones, and also collect rich sensor data simultaneously. It is a simplified version of the AWARE Framework , designed for non-technical researchers.
Experience Sampling is a method to measure behaviour, thoughts, and feelings of study participants throughout their daily lives. Data is collected through self-reports completed by the study participants. AWARE-Light makes it easy to collect such data.
Without the need to program, you can collect a wide range of sensor data from participants’ smartphones. The available sensors include running apps, location, keyboard, accelerometer, light, battery, calls and messages, and lots more.
