First aid for victims is not only a prerequisite for successful further treatment, but often saving lives. There are situations when simple actions, performed in time and correctly, save lives. That is why it is important that everyone is able to properly and quickly provide first aid (home medicine) to those who need it. Sometimes you have to help yourself (self-help).
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is a specialized course that emphasizes the importance of team dynamics and quality communication, a systematic approach to care and emergency care after spontaneous circulation. It also covers airway patency and pharmacotherapy. In this course, participants learn practical skills in both large and small groups, as well as at assessment stations, through the implementation of simulated thematic clinical scenarios.
Children are not a reduced copy of an adult, so when giving them first aid there are important nuances and special manipulations that parents and all persons working with children (grandparents, educators, nannies, teachers, governesses, coaches, etc.) need to know. .e.). This course meets modern standards of the European Resuscitation Council (ERC), the American Heart Association (ASA), as well as current regulations of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and gives cadets first aid skills to children.
