It’s all a project of The Pursuit of History ™, the non-profit organization that engages adults in conversation about history and connects them with historic sites in their communities and across the country.
On August 1, 2020, we live-broadcasted these presentations, which were followed up with Q&As with our site guides. During the day we welcomed thousands of visitors to our website and Facebook to watch these presentations along with us, ask questions, and chat with each other. The feedback was amazing, insightful, and inspiring—and a number of our participants hung in there with us for the full 12-hour live broadcast!
