Taking care of our community is important. The Service Company proudly provides electricity and water utilities to approximately 1500 residents and over 160 businesses in and around the seven villages of the Amana Colonies. We’ve worked hard to build modern, reliable systems and provide exceptional service to our customers and community.
While the Amana Society Service Company is an investor-owned utility, it operates more like a municipal utility. We work tirelessly to provide street lighting and light maintenance, tree trimming or removal, and other miscellaneous services to the community in addition to water and electricity. We proudly support area happenings with community services of all kinds.
