For this years 3DaysofDesign in Copenhagen, Stockholm-based design studio All Matters Studio did a collaboration with Danish designer Birgitte Due Madsen and the Swedish rug manufactorer Ogeborg. Their collaboration resulted in a custom designed hand tufted rug Soft Marble.
The designer Birgitte Due Madsen was involved in several projects during the design days 3DaysofDesign in Copenhagen June 7-9. One of them `Soft Marble´- a new exciting collaboration with All Matters Studio – was exhibited at the All Matters Studio venue.
`Soft Marble´ is a bespoke hand-tufted rug with a strong graphic expression, inspired by the composition of contrasting marble pieces in another of BDM’s current works ‘Breton Cubes’ (produced together with Solid Nature ).
