This website serves as a home for a number of leader development programmes designed and run in Hong Kong. The programmes have been developed in close collaboration with practicing school leaders and reflect our commitment to continuous improvement and increased leader control of their own learning.
Our programmes aim to support the learning and development of educational leaders in Hong Kong. Various programmes target both local and international schools and cut across levels of school leadership, including mid-level leaders, and aspiring, beginning and more experienced principals.
