Working with children with Additional Educational Needs for the past 22 years .
Alison Works as an independent Consultant for SEN, Mental Health and Wellbeing. At present she is working with Optimus Education as an Adviser supporting whole school development enabeling schools to achieve their Mental Health and Wellbeing Award. She is also working with the Anna Freud Centre as a School Engagement Adviser speaking at conferences and also undertaking staff training and working with schools to develop their Mental Health and Wellbeing provision for children, young people and staff.
